Overall, number of sales are on the rise and days to sell are dropping, both indicating an increase in activity - buyers are finally committing! Even with that, inventory is going up so sellers who were waiting until spring to get their house on the market are finished waiting, I'm sure this is a combination of new listings and re-listings from the lack of sales last year. Prices of Single Family Homes are actually pretty flat, with a drop for Townhouses and Condos. If you're buying, it's time to stop stalling, if there's something you like, now is not the time to wait it out... Premier David Eby announced that the province is moving to permanent daylight time, making the upcoming “spring forward” the final time change. “We are done waiting,” Eby said. “We’ll change our clocks just one more time — and then never again.” Starting Nov. 1, 2026, clocks will no longer fall back, and the province will remain on “Pacific time” year-round.
